Postauto bus will take you in 50 minutes up the beautiful Saas Valley to Saas-Fee Post. Contact us and we can then come and help you with your luggage. Many people travel to Saas-Fee from the UK just for a weekend skiing!
You can get to Saas-Fee from London UK in about 13 hours driving. Some do it in just one go or you could break your journey mid-way. There is a huge carpark in Saas-Fee where you leave your vehicle - remember the village itself is car-free for even better quality mountain air.
Nothing is very far away in Saas-Fee. You can get to the Alpin Express lift in about 10-12 minutes or take the bus (the stop is outside our Chalet) which takes about 5 minutes. Other lifts can be reached in about 15 minutes. People usually prefer to leave their skiis and boots in a locker near the lifts to save carrying them. However, we have a locked room to store your equipment if need be. (The Hannigalp toboggan run lift is even closer to us).
There certainly are! And we can recommend one or two of our favourites if you enquire. Restaurants in Saas-Fee cover all tastes and price ranges. Of course, you can always eat in and enjoy our self-catering facilities.
